Our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Deliveries may take longer during busy seasons and promotional events.
We collaborate with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall estimated time for delivery is a combination of processing and shipping periods.

Undelivered Packages

- We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

- TrekTrend is not liable for customs fees if the package is rejected by the recipient or delivery fails after multiple attempts.
