Order Changes & Exchanges
Please review your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, design, or address.
However, if you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel and reorder correctly. If you have any questions before placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Canceling Orders
You have a 6-hour window from order placement to cancel your purchase. If a cancellation request is received after this timeframe, your order may already be in processing or shipping stages.
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied to any cancellation. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, all orders are considered accepted by the customer, and refunds will no longer be provided.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Received design differs from what was ordered
- Size or material is not as ordered
- Incorrect product was delivered
- Product description does not match the item received
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Items cannot have been worn, washed, or altered
- Defects must be due to an error on our part
- Original tags must be intact
- Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

- Shipping label/receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Evidence of defects
- Relevant email screenshots
Return and Refund Process

- We will provide instructions based on your specific case.
Note: Refunds require our prior confirmation that your return is eligible.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. This will not be deducted from refund amounts.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for refund processing. Upon receiving the package, you will be notified via email, and we will promptly issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees.

- Verify your bank account details.
- Contact your credit card company – processing can take time to appear.
- Typically, it may take 10-15 days from refund issuance depending on your card provider’s policies.
- If you still see no refund after following these steps, please email [email protected]. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
Important Notes
- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from delivery. After this, orders are considered accepted and refunds cannot be provided.
- Items are eligible for return/exchange only within the 30-day window. Returns are free of additional fees, except for return shipping costs paid by the customer.
- We cannot assume responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit or those made without proper communication.
